The Palau National Youth & Cheldebechel Council (NYCC) is founded on the belief that youth and cheldebechel have a critical role in building and strengthening local communities in Palau.  Our members represent youth from across Palau in developing and implementing public policies and promoting programs and meaningful opportunities that benefit youth and cheldebechel in Palau.

Our mission is to empower Palau youth and cheldebechel to thrive in our communities. 

We accomplish this mission through advocacy, fiscal sponsorship, 

leadership development, and building integrated support networks. 

Our vision is for all youth and cheldebechel in Palau to actively engage in meaningful roles 

and activities within their local communities and for youth voices and perspectives 

to be effectively included at every level of policy making and nation building.
